Located in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, China, our manufacturing facility has been purpose-built for the production and processing of high-quality cast glass systems. Developed in two phases, the plant will operate two state-of-the-art electric melting furnaces with a total annual production capacity of 1 million square meters of U Profile Glass. The first production line has been in commercial operation since September 2024.
In addition to glass manufacturing, we provide a complete range of value-added processing services, including heat treatment and sandblasting, enabling us to deliver project-specific solutions with consistent quality and dependable lead times. Our processing capacity reaches 800–1,000 square meters per day, supporting both standard and customized architectural applications.
Sustainability is integrated into our manufacturing process. The factory is powered in part by a rooftop photovoltaic system and supported by an on-site energy storage station, reducing energy consumption while contributing to lower-carbon production.
